Praticamente mi ha misurato con l macchinetta la gradazione e stop. Pessimi! Sono andato a ritirarlo e mi è stato detto che il referto di controllo lasciato da me è stato smarrito. I paid for a home diagnostic report. Result: nothing has arrived at home. Mia madre entrata in condizioni critiche il 14 aprile nel reparto di chirurgia vascolare, si é spenta purtroppo il 23 aprile. Passi che il peggioramento repentino non mi é stato spiegato così bene, il vero disagio é stato il giorno del funerale quando gli incaricati delle pompe funebri sono venuti a prenderla e clamorosamente c'erano due certificati di morte diversi sia per ora, sia per data con relativo ritardo per sistemare la burocrazia e con l'arrivo della mia povera mamma a ridosso del rito funebre. In 30 anni di attività i signori delle pompe funebri mi hanno detto che non gli era mai successo. Sono passato sopra anche a questa cosa perché voglio vivere il mio dolore con dignità come lei mia ha insegnato ma almeno una telefonata di scuse si poteva fare. Sono i dettagli che contano!!! Per il resto ringrazio il reparto che in quei giorni devastanti ci ha dato la possibilità di starle vicino nonostante le regole anti covid I share my experience not to cause controversy but to keep it from happening again. Tempi telefonici un po' lunghi per prendere appuntamento, ma con molta pazienza risolvibile. Vieni ricontattato dagli stessi appena c'è disponibilità. Soddisfatta. Grazie del vs lavoro. Nurses and all the staff I dealt with were kind and professional. Pre and post surgery followed by dr. Bianchi, whom I recommend and thank you. A little long telephone times to make an appointment, but with a lot of patience that can be resolved. You will be contacted by them as soon as there is availability. Satisfied. Thanks for your work.

Complimenti Dottori bravi ce ne sono! Però metto due stelle per il CUP.. 46 minuti di attesa (46!!) e poi quando è il mio turno 10 secondi di silenzio e poi fanno cadere la linea.. Che imbarazzo E NON RISPONDONO NEANCHE AL SERVIZIO ENAIL Orthopedist Alberto Castelnuovo young but really good and experienced, he knows how to deal with intelligence and respect, and really understands situations. Accoglienza e smistamento effettuati con ordine e cortesia dagli addetti, cosí come la registrazione. Infine grande professionalitá e gentilezza del giovane medico (una donna) e dell'infermiera che mi ha somministrato il vaccino.Colgo anche l'occasione per rivolgere un appello a vaccinarsi a tutti i bergamaschi che non l'hanno ancora fatto: il vaccino é l'arma piú efficace contro il Covid!
