Sono 3 giorni che chiamo in continuazione e mai avuto risposta, povera la ragazza del centralino che si deve sentire le prediche per colpa delle colleghe in radiologia che non rispondono... Robe da matti, e poi si parla tanto di ridurre le code usando la tecnologia... Hours and hours on the phone to book an appointment and in radiology I will NEVER answer you. it is possible that lines are always occupied ??? There are three days that I call all the time and never answered, the switchboard poor girl must feel the sermons because of colleagues in radiology who do not respond ... Robe crazy, and then people are talking about reducing the queues using technology...

Totally negative experience, several warning phone calls for the renewal of a geriatric treatment plan; the promise they would call for purpose, NEVER happened.
N	Nicolas Lorenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rx....non è possibile prendere appuntamento ti dicono vieni quando vuoi dalle 8 alle 15... mi presento alle 8.30 ti mettono in fila sotto il tendone .. vedi passare tutte le altre prestazioni con appuntamento(appuntamento delle 9 delle 9.30 delle 10 delle 10.30).. finalmente alle 10.30 ti fanno entrare(dicendoti a mezzogiorno non c'è più nessuno... l avessi saputo prima)per metterti ancora in coda all interno dopo 2 accettazioni ed un altra ora e mezza di attesa ti fanno entrare...ho descritto i fatti preferisco non giudicare.. Rx .... it is not possible to make an appointment they tell you come whenever you want from 8 to 15 ... I show up at 8.30 they put you in line under the awning .. see all the other services by appointment 10 at 10.30) .. finally at 10.30 they let you in (telling you at noon there is no one left ... I had known before) to put you in line again after 2 admissions and another hour and a half of waiting they make you enter ... I have described the facts I prefer not to judge ..

L’ospedale strutturalmente cade a pezzi... gli interni sono logori, gli ambienti in generale al limite della decenza... Parlando con molti dei dipendenti, si evince che l’organizzazione di per se è pessima... non c’è comunicazione ne suddivisone dei ruoli per competenze... Sono veramente deluso dalla presenza di queste realtà nel mio territorio... un consiglio spassionato; chiudete ciò che non riuscite a gestire come si deve... e investite il denaro risparmiato per migliorare le prestazioni che strategicamente sono considerate i vostri punti di forza... cercate di divenire un polo d’eccellenza... e non una struttura con molteplici servizi ma emessi male... quantità non vuol dire qualità! If you don't have the resources, avoid keeping specific departments open ... The hospital structurally falls apart ... the interiors are worn out, the rooms in general on the verge of decency ... Speaking with many of the employees, it is clear that the organization itself is very bad ... there is no communication or subdivision of roles by skills ... I am really disappointed by the presence of these realities in my territory ... dispassionate advice; close what you cannot manage properly ... and invest the money saved to improve the performances that are strategically considered your strengths ... try to become a center of excellence ... and not a structure with multiple services but badly issued ... quantity does not mean quality!
