La mail scritta all'indirizzo che compare su instagram non ha avuto risposta. Così abbiamo provato con messenger. Per fortuna la risposta è stata pronta e diceva "TUTTO BENE CONFERMATO PER DOMENICA". In settimana ci siamo fatti sentire per chiedere l'orario di consegna e ci è stato chiesto se volevamo anche un fiore o meno. La mattina di domenica il nulla totale. in piedi alle 8 (perchè il range di consegna era dalle 8:00/9:30) ad aspettare chi non sarebbe mai arrivato. Abbiamo provato a chiamare e ci è stato rispostro "la ragazza è in giro". Alle 10:30 il telefono risultava staccato. OK per tutto, è anche la festa della mamma però avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo, se c'erano problemi avevano modo di avvisarci o contattarci anche solo per scusarsi invece il nulla totale. Importerà poco ma il cliente è perso e una sorpresa di compleanno rovinata. Che delusione. Mai più. Organizzaione improvvisata.
