La Farmacia apre alla mattina molto presto, così posso acquistare prima di andare al lavoro e non la sera quando esco e sono di corsa con l'incubo del traffico, inoltre i Farmacisti sono gentili, sorridenti e competenti, insomma tutti plus impagabili! Casi rari e preziosi di umanità...non perdetela mai, anche se i clienti non sempre sono gentili ed educati! Roba da fantascienza. I gestori della farmacia Marinoni farebbero meglio a trattare i clienti con maggiore rispetto e professionalità invece di aggredirli con argomentazioni pretestuose o addirittura ridergli in faccia, come ho letto in un altro commento. Se siete amanti degli animali e odiate le persone arroganti, andate altrove. Come ho detto poc'anzi, leggendo altri commenti ho scoperto che non sono il primo a lamentarsi della scarsa professionalità e rispetto dei gestori di questa farmacia. Ci tengo a sottolineare che sono andato via senza fare piazzate, ma con l'amaro in bocca di chi è stato appena trattato male. La farmacista ha pure provato ad approcciare una patetica risposta, piena di bugie. La ragazza in questione era una amica e non una cliente, perché l'ha salutata calorosamente per nome. Il mio cucciolo che non era neppure la metà del cane della ragazza non ha provato in nessun modo a mordere né il cane né lei. La verità è che i gestori dei questa farmacia sono maleducati e anche dei bugiardi. Nessun abbaglio, basta leggere altri commenti su questa farmacia. Non verrò mai più qui. Non è cosa da poco, in fondo quando entriamo in farmacia possiamo trovarci in una situazione psicologica per la quale un saluto gentile quando entriamo, un sorriso, una battuta sdrammatizzante quando raccontiamo del nostro problema, vero o presunto, possono essere davvero importanti. Sulla competenza e la professionalità nulla aggiungo a quello già scritto da tanti.. Abito da tutt'altra parte della città, ma se e quando posso, vengo qui. Kindness and a smile, always. It is not a trivial matter, after all when we enter the pharmacy we can find ourselves in a psychological situation for which a kind greeting when we enter, a smile, a defusing joke when we tell about our problem, real or alleged, can be really important. On the competence and professionalism I add nothing to what many have already written .. I live from a completely different part of the city, but if and when I can, I come here.

Conoscono e si ricordano sempre del mio problema, procurandosi i farmaci anche quando non sono io a chiamare. Tutte le dottoresse e i dottori con cui ho parlato sono state sempre gentilissime, attente e davvero empatiche. Grazie davvero! For years I have been going around the pharmacies in Milan to find a particular (and rare) drug for cluster headache, but I have never felt so good from a human point of view until I entered this pharmacy by chance. They always know and remember my problem, getting the drugs even when I'm not calling. All the doctors I have spoken to have always been very kind, attentive and truly empathetic. Thank you very much!
