Los consulados de otros paises sudamericanos o de la misma "comunidad andina" reciben el pasaporte renovado después de una semana como máximo. Estoy conforme con la atención que me dió una señorita al teléfono, me ayudo y respondió a todas mis dudas, ojalá existieran más trabajadoras/res así en nuestro consulado porqué cuando me requé de persona fue todo el contrario, me toco una señora super aburrida y de paso arrogante en la forma de contestar haciendome pasar las ganas de regresar. Y me la encontré también al retiro de mi pasaporte, ni me miró, ni me saludó, solo me dijo que firme. Yo lo veo como falta de educación y umildad. Me da pena que pongan a trabajar gente así en el consulado, que es el lugar donde debería sentirme en casa y más cerca de mi país. Delusione. It's stupid! the wait is so long to get a passport. The consulates of other South American countries or of the "Andean community" receive the renewed passport after a maximum of one week. I am satisfied with the attention that a lady gave me on the phone, she helped me and answered all my doubts, I wish there were more workers like this in our consulate because when I required a person it was the opposite, I got a super boring lady and in an arrogant way in the way of answering, making me want to go back. And I also found her when I got my passport, she didn't look at me, she didn't say hello, she just told me to sign. I see it as a lack of education and humility. It makes me sad that people like this are put to work in the consulate, which is the place where I should feel at home and closer to my country. Delusion.

Llegan a esos puestos de trabajo a dedo no por q de verdad se lo merecen.... incapaces mal educados, inconpetentes deberian poner gente q por lo menos puedan guiar e informar a las personas educadamente no como esa q te responde el teléfono y lo cuelga o no contesta por último q vergüenza siendo un consulado a su propia gente lo tratan asi !!!! Q VERGÜENZA I just think that they should change the staff for daring !! They get to those jobs by hand, not because they really deserve it .... incapable, poorly educated, incompetent, they should put people who can at least guide and inform people politely, not like that one that answers your phone and hangs or does not answer lastly q shame being a consulate to their own people they treat it like that !!!! M	Marcela Rioja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente todo muy sospechoso.Mi madre fue al consulado para renovar un certificado donde se da a conocer que ella está a cargo de nosotros (mi hermano y yo).Y segun los requisitos se debe dejar certificado de nacimiento original de nosotros para hacer dicha certificacion,cm mi madre se nego a dejarlos ya q era el unico documento original q tenemos en nuestro poder ,pidio explicaciones de el porque debia dejar papeles originales si nunca se deja en ninguna parte eso ,pero la funcionaria de forma autoritaria con la amenaza de no hacerle esta certificación,con el razonamiento suyo de la dicha "funcionaria" q es un reglamento de Bolivia , se vio obligada a pagar 15€ por cada certificado q segun ellos lo haran y se quedara ahi en el consulado. la semana anterior q fue a pedir este certificado la querian obligar a que hiciera carnet de indentidad de todos nosotros incluyendo a mi madre ya que según ellos es un requisito indispensable para realizar cualquier tramite en lo q mi madre dijo q no sirve por q no vivimos ahi y el señor le dejo con la palabra en la boca y la dejo sola en la sala de espera . Y ahora la pregunta es.¿porque nos obligan a dejar nuestros certificados de nacimiento originales? ¿cuál es el fin? ¿para qué sirve para tenerlo bajo su poder ? Personale di amministrazione scarso per chiamarsi consolato . Es una verguenza Como son organizados, para estar en un Pais extrangero,Hay mucha burocrazia en vez de facilitarnos las cosas no las complican. ?
