Solo per questo non ci sono mai nemmeno entrata. Annoying only for the light of the green cross which, in addition to creating light pollution, illuminates all the houses around. Per un tampone rapido fatto la mattina le risposta, forse, nel pomeriggio dopo le 16 perchè la dottoressa è andata via e in più mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia. Scongliatissima. Pessimi. Una delle poche farmacie che, di questi tempi, effettua tamponi rapidi durante tutto il turno di apertura e senza appuntamento. Non ho fatto fila per pagare né per eseguire il tampone. Hanno agevolato la compilazione dei moduli predisponendo un tavolino apposito. Non è grandissima ma, rispetto a quelle farmacie che sono più boutique che altro, di sicuro hanno una marcia in più. Di quattro girate, l'unica a fornire un vero sevizio Covid che non passi per appuntamenti che non si riescono a prendere perché i numeri sono sempre occupati e che non lo faccia solo 3 ore a settimana (e ti fanno fare pure la fila all'aperto). Complimenti, è l'attenzione all'utenza che fa la differenza. Very friendly on the phone and helpful. Same kindness on site. One of the few pharmacies that, these days, swabs quickly during the entire opening shift and without an appointment. I didn't queue to pay or swab. They made it easier to fill in the forms by setting up a special table. It is not very big but, compared to those pharmacies that are more boutiques than anything else, they certainly have an edge. Of four turns, the only one to provide a true Covid service that does not go through appointments that cannot be taken because the numbers are always busy and that does not do it only 3 hours a week (and they also make you queue at the open). Congratulations, it is the attention to users that makes the difference.
