In realtà al personale sembra sempre che gli si dia fastidio qualsiasi cosa venga chiesta ma la caratteristica eccezionale della farmacia è ordinare i farmaci, ottenere dal magazzino la conferma della disponibilità e al giorno e orario prefissato il farmaco richiesto miracolosamente non è arrivato... come mai? Oltre i farmaci c'è una scelta molto ampia di prodotti aggiuntivi destinati a chi ha problemi specifici , di profumeria e molto molto altro. Io Me ne sono accorta dopo alcuni giorni solamente avendo messo la scatola in borsa frettolosamente senza controllare che corrispondesse alla ricetta. Quando sono andata a chiedere la sostituzione me la hanno negata perché nel frattempo si erano recati SENZA IL MIO CONSENSO dal mio medico di famiglia che ha fornito loro A MIO NOME una nuova ricetta così che potessero essere risarciti dal sistema sanitario. Quando ho chiesto di parlare con il dottore titolare la persona al banco ha iniziato ad alzare la voce e a ripetere che l'errore era mio. È un fatto molto grave trattandosi di un farmaco salvavita. Il mio medico di famiglia era chiuso e quindi sono rimasta senza la giusta dose.mi è presa una crisi di panico in farmacia davanti a tutti e la dottoressa è poi uscita a dirmi che potevo andare dalla guardia medica! I noticed it after a few days only having put the box in the bag hastily without checking that it corresponded to the recipe. When I went to ask for the replacement they denied it to me because in the meantime they had gone WITHOUT MY CONSENT to my family doctor who gave them in MY NAME a new prescription so that they could be compensated by the health system. When I asked to speak to the titular doctor the person at the counter began to raise his voice and repeat that the mistake was mine. This is very serious as it is a life-saving drug. My family doctor was closed and so I was left without the right dose. I had a panic attack in the pharmacy in front of everyone and the doctor then came out to tell me that I could go to the doctor!

Dentro invece si respira tutto' altra aria: il personale è scostante, poco cortese e facilmente sbaglia i resti (naturalmente SEMPRE a danno del Cliente!). Il titolare stesso è assai burbero e non saluta MAI!. Difficilmente rispettano i tempi di consegna per i farmaci ordinati e neanche si degnano di avvisare, costringendo in codesto modo, il malcapitato Cliente, a tornare più volte!!! Ci sono farmacie nei quartieri limitrofi, vedi Mezzocammino, dove il personale è molto più Disponibile ed Attento verso il Cliente. Large, well-stocked pharmacy that looks good on the outside. There are pharmacies in the neighboring neighborhoods, see Mezzocammino, where the staff is much more helpful and attentive to the customer.
