★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco come si possa definire posizione comoda, forse per chi abita a Via di Vallerano. poco parcheggio e se ti parcheggi davanti la farmacia la titolare ti caccia via. Lo dico per esperienza personale. La cortesia non è di casa, sulla professionalità non mi esprimo in quanto ho girato i tacchi e me ne sono andato.
I don't understand how it can be defined as a convenient location, perhaps for those who live in Via di Vallerano. little parking and if you park in front of the pharmacy the owner chases you away. I say this from personal experience. Courtesy is not at home, I do not express my professionalism as I turned on my heels and went away.

doveva fare il tampone ma le è stato vietato perché non aveva la carta d'identità con se. Ma solo come foto sul cellulare.
Nonostante avesse tessera sanitaria e documento mio.
Nessuna altra farmacia chiede il documento.
Non si capisce più niente.
Ognuno fa quel che gli pare.

she had to swab but was banned because she didn't have an identity card with her. But only as a photo on the mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato la sera prima per avere delucidazioni su il tampone rapido da fare in farmacia e mi ha risposto molto cortesemente un ragazzo che mi ha assicurato che anche senza prenotazione avrei potuto fare il tampone dicendo testualmente:"Non diciamo di no a nessuno vieni e fai la fila".
quando sono arrivato li e ho spiegato alla collega presente la precedente telefonata questa molto sgarbatamente mi ha risposto :" e io che ti devo dire se il collega al telefono si era fumato qualcosa?"
I called the night before to get clarifications on the quick swab to be done in the pharmacy and a guy answered very politely who assured me that even without a reservation I could do the swab by saying verbatim: "Let's not say no to anyone, come and do the row".
when I arrived there and I explained the previous phone call to the colleague present, this very rudely replied: "and what do I have to tell you if the colleague on the phone had smoked something?"
