È stato regalato mia madre un buono regalo per il suo compleanno presso il vostro centro estetico.
Purtroppo per problemi di salute e per la pandemia tutt'oggi in atto, non è stato possibile spendere il buono entro l'anno concordato.
Dopo il lockdown mia madre ha contattato il centro, chiedendo almeno di poter avere un piccolo sconto, di valore inferiore al valore del buono, dato che loro avevano comunque preso del denaro non erogando nessun servizio, e dato che con la pandemia TUTTI i buoni regalo sono stati prolungati.
Inizialmente le hanno detto di sì, poi hanno richiamato dicendo di averci ripensato.
Non è così che si fidelizzano i clienti, a mai più.

Sono andato via dal locale vagamente soddisfatto, mi ero visto di sfuggita, mi sono reso conto solo dopo del risultato.
MAI PIÙ.
