★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco il periodo non proprio tra i migliori ma a volte la cortesia e la gentilezza possono servire e oggi queste caratteristiche non le ho riscontrate nel personale.
Uscita fuori ho trovato un bambino che piangeva perché non aveva potuto fare un tampone, per il bambino forse non sarebbe cambiato nulla ma per i genitori sentirsi rispondere con gentilezza forse si.
A volte un "mi dispiace sono terminati non posso aiutarla" è decisamente meglio di mille polemiche e di toni scontrosi.
I understand the period is not exactly among the best but sometimes courtesy and kindness can be useful and today I have not found these characteristics in the staff.
When I went outside, I found a child crying because he hadn't been able to do a tampon, perhaps nothing would have changed for the child but for the parents to be kindly answered maybe yes.
Sometimes a "I'm sorry they are finished I can not help you" is much better than a thousand controversies and grumpy tones.
