★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata alle 22 e il farmacista stava chiudendo la serranda e qui ci sta scritto che chiude alle 23 è uno schifo se una persona sta male non c'è una farmacia aperta.Allora non scrivessero alle 23 .
I arrived at 10 pm and the pharmacist was closing the shutter and here it says that it closes at 11 pm it is disgusting if a person is sick there is no pharmacy open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se su internet c’è scritto che chiude alle 23:00 ti aspetti questo invece alle 22:15 ho trovato il farmacista che metteva il lucchetto a terra. Tra una risatina e l’altra mi ha detto che non mi poteva aiutare ne’ a darmi la medicina ne’ sapeva indicarmi una farmacia aperta. Non vi stupite, poi, se beccate le parolacce come in questo caso. Se usciamo di casa di notte per dei farmaci si presume ci sia urgenza quindi un po’ dì preparazione e meno risatine sarcastiche vi eviterebbero quantomeno, nella migliore delle ipotesi, qualche vaffa!!
If it says on the internet that it closes at 11pm, you expect this instead at 10.15pm I found the pharmacist putting the padlock on the ground. Between a laugh and the next he told me that he could not help me or give me the medicine nor could he point me to an open pharmacy. Don't be surprised, then, if you catch swear words like in this case. If we leave the house at night for drugs it is assumed that there is an urgency so a little preparation and less sarcastic giggles would save you at least, in the best case scenario, some crap !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbe aprire alle 16.00, ma se tutto va bene il servizio incomincia alle 16.10.
Non tutto il personale brilla per competenza. E' poco professionale interrompere il proprio collega che sta servendo un cliente per chiedere le caratteristiche di un farmaco richiesto da altro cliente. Sarebbe buona educazione servire prima il cliente con relativa distribuzione di farmaci, in quanto chi si reca in farmacia ad acquistarli ha una certa urgenza.
It should open at 16.00, but hopefully the service starts at 16.10.
Not all the staff shines for competence. It is unprofessional to interrupt your colleague who is serving a customer to ask for the characteristics of a drug requested by another customer. It would be polite to serve the customer first with the relative distribution of drugs, as those who go to the pharmacy to buy them have a certain urgency.
