Ho ordinato dei prodotti e mi è stato detto di ripassare il giorno dopo alle 9:00, una volta passato, non solo non li avevano, ma sono stato anche rimproverato in modo estremamente maleducato per non essere passato alle 10:30(?!). Farmacisti scortesi e assistenza scadente, non ci tornerò mai più. Bad. Ho chiesto una crema emolliente alternativa a quella che avevo e che provocava reazione allergica;mostrati gli ingredienti presenti nella crema che dava reazione allergica la farmacista ha insistito a dire che era impossibile: alla faccia della professionalità, dell'educazione e della cortesia. Nemmeno uno si divertisse a chiedere pareri e voler acquistare un prodotto di qualità per chi ha un problema! Assurdo e ai limiti del decoro. Bad. Una volta, pur essendo in possesso di una ricetta medica, mi è stato domandato il perché dell'acquisto di quel farmaco x. Un altra volta invece, in possesso di una ricetta elettronica in PIENA PANDEMIA quindi con difficoltà a mettermi in contatto con il mio medico di base per via non soltanto della situazione sanitaria ma anche essendo studentessa fuori sede e avendo quindi il medico fuori regione, mi è stato venduto il farmaco x come se mi fosse stato fatto un piacere, un favore. Preferisco dunque fare qualche metro in più e recarmi presso un'altra farmacia, piuttosto che sentirmi a disagio e sotto interrogatorio ogni volta che ho bisogno di un medicinale.
