★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non molto cortese non aiuta a risolvere i problemi anzi li crea. Purtroppo certi servizi e prodotti sono reperibili in questa farmacia ma il personale è indisponente mi spiace veramente. Dovrebbero essere più carine e cercare di aiutare le persone.
Staff not very courteous does not help to solve the problems rather it creates them. Unfortunately, certain services and products are available in this pharmacy but the staff is annoying I'm really sorry. They should be prettier and try to help people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delle persone orribili, non hanno il minimo interesse nell'offrire assistenza sanitaria e consigli Spesso ti deridono e ti trattano come una rincoglionita. Addirittura da altre strutture si sono lamentati per l'inadeguatezza e la non professionalità. Sono maleducati. Mai più.
Horrible people, they don't have the slightest interest in offering health care and advice. They often laugh at you and treat you like a stoner. Even from other structures they complained about the inadequacy and unprofessionalism. They are rude. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono se chiamati al telefono...vai di persona e ti dicono che il tampone è su prenotazione..dico loro se mi possono aiutare per la prenotazione dato che non ne sono capace e non ho aiuti. Mi rispondono di no....la farmacia era vuota!
They do not answer if called on the phone ... go in person and they tell you that the tampon is on reservation .. I tell them if they can help me with the reservation since I am not capable and I have no help. They say no .... the pharmacy was empty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito un tampone antigenico in data 5/01/2022 con esito negativo, con molti dubbi a riguardo ho eseguito un molecolare il giorno seguente con esito positivo. Mi auguro che i prossimi tamponi che verranno effettuati, saranno svolti con maggiore accortezza…. E poi ci si domanda come mai siamo ancora in questa assurda situazione.
I performed an antigenic swab on 5/01/2022 with negative results, with many doubts about it I performed a molecular swab the following day with a positive result. I hope that the next swabs that will be carried out will be carried out with greater care…. And then we wonder why we are still in this absurd situation.
