Leggo ora il vostro commento. Vi ringrazio per l'attenzione. Devo dire che ci sono altre farmacie in Orbassano. Riescono a risolvere i problemi dei clienti senza contravvenire alle regole: si chiama cura del cliente. C'è chi ci riesce e chi no, è un valore aggiunto, ma che fa veramente la differenza per chi usufruisce di un servizio. Saluti.

They manage to solve customer problems without breaking the rules: it's called customer care.
