Sospendo una polizza per una vettura 10 mesi fa, chiedo la riattivazione telefonicamente per 3 volte, e mi confermano essere pronta per essere ritirata. Prendo permesso a lavoro, attraverso Torino per ritirarla, e la sigra barbara mi dice "mi sarò sbagliata, la sua polizza è scaduta." Un errore ripetuto 3 volte non è un errore è INCOMPETENZA. Oltretutto i modi saccenti e maleducati della sigra in questione non hanno mitigato l'arrabbiatura. MEGLIO PERDERLI CHE TROVARLI. Incompetent. Non avvertono il cliente della scadenza della polizza via mail o telefonicamente dalla sede. Gli orari di apertura non corrispondono a quanto segnalato sul web. Pessima esperienza Awful experience. C	Calogero Parisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente scandalosi, mi chiedo come possano lavorare delle persone così scortesi e maleducate, mi sono recato in agenzia per fare la polizza e la signora anziana all'ingresso neanche ha salutato , come non ci fossi una freddezza ed una maleducazione mai vista, ho stipulato la polizza mio malgrado e per chiedere informazioni chiamo e non risponde mai nessuno quelle poche volte che rispondono i colleghi perchè la diretta interessata non è mai disponibile, sono quasi scocciati ci manca poche che ti attaccano il telefono in faccia. Penso che mai più metterò piede in quell'agenzia e cattiva pubblicità a gogo. Segnalo in primis la signora più anziana che ti accoglie all’ingresso molto irrispettosa,una pausa dopo i suoi decantati 33 anni di lavoro la gioverebbe di sicuro. Very rude staff, they let you know the various policy alternatives at their leisure and as soon as you ask questions about topics that they purposely missed, they get nervous right away. First of all, point out the older lady who welcomes you at the very disrespectful entrance, a break after her praised 33 years of work would certainly benefit her.
