Tutti i settori dello sport e nutrizione, ti senti in famiglia una palestra che ti mette a proprio agio anche se hai qualche kilo in piu, consiglio a tutti di andareβ¦ ..grande ragazzi vi adoro ???

β β β β β Premetto che Γ© solo una settimana che frequento la Sporting Gym.
La superfice non Γ© tanto grande e bisogna dire che molti attrezzi sono datati e alcuni troppo vicini fra loro.
A questo punto uno si chiede il perchΓ© abbia dato una valutazione alta di quattro stelle !!!
Semplicemente ho trovato un ambiente molto bello ( quasi familiare ) con splendide persone e soprattutto con istruttori preparati, che non si limitano a farti una scheda di lavoro ma oltre ad insegnarti il modo corretto in cui si fanno gli esercizi sono sempre disponibi e anche li pronti a correggere un tuo errore di postura.
Consigliata per chi non cerca la bellezza ma la sostanza e un obbiettivo da raggiungere.

The surface is not so large and it must be said that many tools are dated and some too close together.
At this point one wonders why he gave a high four star rating !!!
I simply found a very nice (almost familiar) environment with wonderful people and above all with trained instructors, who do not just make you a work sheet but in addition to teaching you the correct way in which you do the exercises they are always available and also ready to correct your posture error.
Recommended for those who are not looking for beauty but for substance and a goal to achieve.

β β β β β Palestra nuovissima, attrezzature nuove, professionali e varie, Γ¨ grande, non grandissima, ma ci sono tutte le attrezzature possibili che sono ben distribuite, inoltre lo staff Γ¨ sempre a disposizione ed Γ¨ sempre gentile e cortese
