I trainer da Fit Me sono preparatissimi e professionali, e mi stanno guidando in un percorso personalizzato divertente e sopratutto efficace. L’ambiente è accogliente, luminoso, pulito, e il prezzo è onestissimo. Per me l’allenamento EMS (con elettrostimolazione) è stata una rivelazione, è adatto a tutti, i risultati si vedono già dalle prime settimane, e in generale richiede molto meno tempo della palestra tradizionale. Lo consiglio assolutamente, provare per credere!
A crazy training method, with an exceptional team! Fit Me trainers are very well prepared and professional, and they are guiding me on a fun and above all effective personalized path. The environment is welcoming, bright, clean, and the price is very honest. For me, EMS training (with electrostimulation) was a revelation, it is suitable for everyone, the results can be seen already from the first weeks, and in general it takes much less time than the traditional gym. I absolutely recommend it, seeing is believing!
