Dopo 10gg ho chiesto ricevuto della pratica di chiusura Naspi e hanno avuto il coraggio di dirmi che il sistema non la rilasciava ma che era comunque tutto a posto (bhe certo nel 2020 non esistono le ricevute, ovvio, andiamo avanti sulla fiducia e sui detti popolari ovvio). Insistendo sulla richiesta di avere una conferma ufficiale, alcuni giorni dopo (e quindi sono passati 15gg) mi richiamano dicendo che devo chiudere la pratica Naspi al caf nella quale è stata aperta. Siccome è assolutamente falso ed esiste tanto di comunicazione INPS in merito, posso solo dire che questo caf è :gestito male, incapaci e soprattutto bugiardo, quindi una vergogna per noi contribuenti! Insisting on the request to have an official confirmation, a few days later (and 15 days have passed) they call me back saying that I have to close the Naspi file at the café where it was opened. Since it is absolutely false and there is a lot of INPS communication about it, I can only say that this café is: badly managed, incapable and above all a liar, therefore a shame for us taxpayers!

Il certificato da inviare via fax è valso quanto un pezzo di carta scarabocchiato; per chi non conosce i propri diritti o per malattia non è in grado di stare dietro a questioni burocratiche, trova un ufficio impreparato e superficiale. For questions concerning civil invalidity, I recommend that you go elsewhere. The certificate to be faxed was worth as much as a scribbled piece of paper; for those who do not know their rights or due to illness are unable to keep up with bureaucratic issues, they find an office unprepared and superficial.
