★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo clienti della filiale di Orbassano fin dalla sua apertura. Avevamo il conto a Rivoli,ma essendo di Beinasco, la filiale di Orbassano era decisamente più comoda. A quei tempi poi, avevo un'attività proprio dietro la banca, quindi davvero comoda. Siamo soddisfatissimi dei loro servizi e della professionalità del personale. Ci hanno sempre seguiti e consigliati in tutte le scelte. L'attenzione al cliente è davvero unica. Non credo che potrei mai rinunciare a loro.
We have been customers of the Orbassano branch since its opening. We had the bill in Rivoli, but being in Beinasco, the Orbassano branch was much more convenient. In those days, then, I had a business right behind the bank, so really convenient. We are very satisfied with their services and the professionalism of the staff. They have always followed and advised us in all choices. Customer attention is truly unique. I don't think I could ever give up on them.

Premetto che abito a 40 km e la normativa anti covid obbliga ad avere l'appuntamento. Sono circa 15 giorni che provo a mettermi in contatto per avere un appuntamento, senza alcuna risposta. Ho mandato 4 mail senza alcuna risposta. Oggi ho preso contatti con un altra banca, e domani ho già l'appuntamento.
I am the owner of a commercial activity, I need a discussion with the branch in question to solve a financial problem.
