★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queste persone sono splendide! Ho sessant'anni e ho il covid. Mi dicono che sono a rischio, mi serve un saturimetro. Bene, io pensavo che il saturimetro fosse come il termometro, o la macchinetta della pressione: lo metti, misura, risposta. Hai la febbre o non hai la febbre, pressione alta o pressione bassa, saturazione alta o saturazione bassa. Invece no, il saturimetro va su e giù. Invece si tranquillizzarmi mi viene l'ansia, chiamo in farmacia. Mi risponde uno dei farmacisti, gentilissimo, paziente, rimane al telefono con me per venti minuti, aiutandomi a capire come far funzionare al meglio la macchinetta, tranquillizzandomi, mai un accenno di insofferenza... il sorriso che si sentiva dalle sue parole è stata una carezza sul cuore. È da sempre la mia farmacia di riferimento, ma oggi sono molto di più. Grazie
