domicilio visto che abitiamo di fronte la farmacia la dottoressa al telefono ha risposto negativamente e in maniera stufata con mille scuse....
Goofy staff as always, both my husband and I are affected we have 2 small children and no close family who can help us I called to ask if they could deliver me an antibiotic to
domicile since we live in front of the pharmacy the doctor on the phone answered negatively and in a fed up way with a thousand apologies ....

Devo però fare un grande plauso alla dottoressa con cui ho parlato al telefono nella sera del 9-11-2019 per le grandi disponibilità e empatia dimostrate.
Avendo necessità di un presidio ortopedico per un parente stretto, di sabato sera, mi sono trovato a chiamare pressoché tutte le farmacie aperte di Torino e cintura.
Chiamato il numero della Farmacia degli Angeli, la dottoressa che mi ha risposto, non potendo venire direttamente incontro alla mia richiesta, si è prodigata con impegno non comune e squisita cortesia per indirizzarmi verso una farmacia concorrente dove avrei potuto trovare ciò che cercavo.
La dottoressa ha dimostrato vero senso del dovere e del servizio e di ciò va pubblicamente ringraziata.
I haven't personally been to this pharmacy and I don't know the owners.
However, I must applaud the doctor with whom I spoke on the phone on the evening of 09.11.2019 for the great availability and empathy demonstrated.
Having needed an orthopedic garrison for a close relative on Saturday night, I found myself calling almost all the open pharmacies in Turin and belt.
Called the number of the Pharmacy of the Angels, the doctor who answered me, not being able to come directly to my request, did her utmost with uncommon commitment and exquisite courtesy to direct me to a competing pharmacy where I could find what I was looking for.
The doctor has shown a true sense of duty and service and this should be publicly acknowledged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui per un tampone (non c'è stato nemmeno bisogno di prenotarlo) e la dottoressa è stata molto cortese e disponibile. Ha dato risposte molto esaurienti alle mie molteplici domande con gentilezza e professionalità.
I was here for a swab (there was no need to even book it) and the doctor was very courteous and helpful. He gave very comprehensive answers to my many questions with kindness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato due volte in questa farmacia per un tampone e non ho mai avuto problemi, stasera vedendo il deserto davanti alla farmacia mi fermo e citofono per chiedere per fare il tampone e la “dottoressa” mi dice che non me lo può fare perché sono pieni!! Al che mi guardò intorno e vedendo le balle di fieno che mi rotolavano intorno la “dottoressa” se ne esce dicendo che li stavano aspettando i prenotati, stupito decido di fermarmi 15 minuti davanti per aspettare anche io questa folla ma come già avevo previsto non è passato per sbaglio neanche un moscerino. Io capisco gli ordini dall’alto e quanto dovete sponsorizzare sto “vaccino”, ma per lo meno non fatevi chiamare dottori, burattini dello stato sarebbe più appropriato. Ultimissima volta che entro in quella farmacia. PESSIMI
I've been to this pharmacy twice for a swab and I've never had any problems, tonight, seeing the desert in front of the pharmacy, I stop and intercom to ask for a swab and the "doctor" tells me that she can't do it for me because they are full !! To which he looked around me and seeing the bales of hay that rolled around me, the "doctor" comes out saying that the booked ones were waiting for them, amazed I decide to stop 15 minutes in front to wait for this crowd too but as I had already foreseen it is not not even a gnat passed by mistake. I understand the orders from above and how much you have to sponsor this "vaccine", but at least do not be called doctors, puppets of the state would be more appropriate. Very last time I walk into that pharmacy. BAD
