La pizza aveva un impasto particolare ma molto buono, leggero e croccante! Locale semplice e servizio basilare ma perfetto! Lo consiglio! La ragazza gentile che risponde al telefono mi dice che hanno finito l'impasto se voglio mi può fare due pizze baby, rispondo che chiamerò un altra volta, perchè non sono la stessa cosa. Prontamente mi conferma che le possono preparare sul momento, senza riflettere che per l'impasto occorre la lievitazione, faccio l'ordine. Sono arrivate due pizze immangiabili, praticamente erano della grandezza del padellino, ma poco più spesse di una normale pizza al mattone e l'impasto crudo. Ovviamente chiamo, spiegando il tutto e prontamente la ragazza si giustifica dicendo che probabilmente non sono lievitate bene, faccio presente che era meglio perdere un ordine di 2 dico 2 pizze, piuttosto che prendere in giro il cliente, evidentemente non interessa la continuità della clientela, peccato perchè il passaparola è la miglior pubblicità. Mi viene chiesto se voglio parlare con il pizzaiolo," no grazie, quello che dovevo dire l'ho detto", lo riferisca a chi di dovere. Pizza ordinata alle 18.00 chiedendo se era possibile per le 20.30 e mi confermano che non ci sono problemi, vado alle 20:20 pago e li inizia l'incubo, 20:45 ancora non sento chiamare il mio nome e persone arrivate dopo di me che vanno via con le pizze...entro chiedo, e mi fanno..(le stiamo facendo) passano ancora 10 min escono le mie pizze ma non tutte, ne manca una, il pizzaiolo allora la fa al volo, nel frattempo insieme alle pizze avevo ordinato le patatine che erano lì pronte dalle 20.30!....non è finita qui, arrivo a casa apro le pizze e l'ultima che ha fatto praticamente CRUDA! Cambiate lavoro !!! Per la qualità della pizza e per il servizio e anche carissima.......dimenticavo la cosa più importante! Tranne la cassiera li dentro in 5 senza nemmeno l'ombra di una mascherina!!!! ???? 0 stars as far as I'm concerned .... if we want to call it a pizzeria !!!!
