G	Giorgia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un integratore alimentare che erroneamente pensavo potesse andare bene per me, ma una volta arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che non era quello giusto. Sono tornata 3 VOLTE chiedendo di cambiarlo con lo scontrino, scatola mai aperta: tutte e tre le volte mi è stato detto di tornare perchè non potevano cambiarlo senza la titolare. Alla terza volta ho chiesto "sono già passati tot giorni e lo devo cambiare, se torno non è che non me lo cambiate perchè è passato tanto tempo e lo scontrino non è più valido?" e la risposta è stata no, di non preoccuparmi e che me l'avrebbero cambiato. Quando finalmente la titolare c'era, alla 4 volta che sono tornata, questa mi dice che non può cambiarlo perchè sono passati 10 giorni dall'acquisto: le ho spiegato anche che mi era stato detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, ma lei ha iniziato con voli pindarici sulla temperatura in cui è stato conservato il prodotto (attenzione parliamo di un INTEGRATORE, PRODOTTO DA BANCO, che deve essere conservato in un ambiente con temperatura non superiore ai 25 gradi, cosa che è stata rispettata). Anche quando un collega le ha detto che era presente quando mi era stato detto che l'avrei potuto cambiare, la titolare non ne ha voluto sapere e mi ha mandata via. Non tornerò mai più, non solo per questo motivo ma anche perchè sono poco competenti in generale. Uno schifo, e mi ha fatto buttare via 20 euro a caso. complimenti per la poca professionalità I bought a food supplement that I mistakenly thought might be right for me, but once I got home I realized it wasn't the right one. I came back 3 TIMES asking to change it with the receipt, box never opened: all three times I was told to come back because they could not change it without the owner. On the third time I asked "a few days have already passed and I have to change it, if I come back it's not like you won't change it because it's been a long time and the receipt is no longer valid?" and the answer was no, don't worry and they would change it for me. When the owner was finally there, on the 4th time I came back, she tells me that she cannot change it because 10 days have passed since the purchase: I also explained to her that I had been told that there would be no problems, but she did started with pindaric flights on the temperature in which the product was stored (attention we are talking about a SUPPLEMENT, PRODUCT FROM COUNTER, which must be stored in an environment with a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees, which has been respected). Even when a colleague told her he was there when I was told I could change it, the owner didn't want to know and sent me away. I will never go back, not only for this reason but also because they are not very competent in general. It sucks, and made me throw away 20 euros at random. congratulations for the lack of professionalism

È stata molto professionale e soprattutto gentile. Grazie I went to the pharmacy because I was unwell. The doctor listened to me, reassured me and gave me useful advice. La peggior farmacia di Milano a livello Empatico. La sconsiglierei a tutti, anche per la gestione della clientela in fila. Every time I go I always find the same hateful saleswoman, so unpleasant that it really makes you want to go away. The worst pharmacy in Milan at the Empathic level. I would advise against it at all, even for managing customers in line.
