Not recommended for tampon service. Totally disorganized! They do not respect the booking time. The order in which you paid is what they use to swab you, only to discover that the people in the queue have two different numbers. All people who obviously have to go to work and have the same urgency ... so the order is given by the common sense of those in the queue. In addition, for a swab done at about 9.45 am I received the text message only at 12.30 after my repeated telephone reminders. I was told that I had not registered ... too bad I had already done so at 9.30. So I lost my morning of work and I also paid 15 euros. Who do I have to thank ?? !! Do not do the tampons in this pharmacy, please

I give a star because you can't do less. I took a "quick" swab yesterday at 5 pm and they still haven't sent me a report and publication of the same on my profile in Health Piedmont, 15 hours have now passed. I wonder if I needed GreenPass for work or for a trip as I could have done, the problem is that I need it to confirm the exit from a quarantine to the ASL and vice versa I am stuck at home. A shame in queues for hours, zero organization, it would be enough to avoid taking hundreds of buffer reservations but to provide a service that is within half an hour like any other pharmacy that offers this "paid" service anyway.

Negative experience: quick swab performed at 9.00 this morning, but no results were received by email or SMS until 15.30. Only after physically returning to the pharmacy to ask for an explanation, the pharmacist in a state of evident embarrassment mumbled an impromptu justification on the dubious outcome of the swab with an invitation to do it again immediately. But what if I didn't come back? I believe there has been incompetence and superficiality. Obviously, the focus is on quantity and not on the quality of performance. Behaviors that denote negligence and lack of seriousness.

They sold me (uncovered, without first showing them and without specifying the price) 5 FFP2 masks at 3.90 euros each. In addition to the dishonest price, the thing that struck me was the total lack of transparency, a particular moment, I had to take a swab but there was no availability, at that point I bought some DIY tests for COVID and decided to also buy some masks, I was leaving for traveling and I was in a hurry. I was given the total expense bill, only when I got home did I discover that the masks (by the way not the classic FFP2) cost me 20 euros. Of course, they did not allow me to return (saying that I had opened the package) they gave me a voucher of 10.00 (making me pay 1.90 euros each instead of 3.90 euros). I understand everything, the difficulty of this period, the stress, there is everything, but being so superficial and careless is not correct.

For the quarantine exit it is necessary to bring yet another self-certification, which is not communicated by the ASL or by the doctor. And apart from everything ... What do I certify that I have been in solitary confinement 12 DAYS ?? A pdf where practically nothing is written, I repeat, the doctor told me that the number of the ASL was enough. In 2022 these sheets are still running, without the possibility of making an online form instead. I therefore had to pay 15 euros despite having the ASL number to take advantage of the free buffer .... But that's not all, I was invited to go to the copy shop to have the self-certification, BUT I can't go to the copy shop because I don't have the green pass !!! The solution would be to make printed sheets available for self-certification ... but they would also charge one euro each for the printing service, that would be fine! Nothing, it is more convenient to charge 15 euros as if it were a normal tampon. However, the staff seemed kind to me, it is more the management of the pharmacy that deserves 0 stars. Yet another sign that things do not want to be made easy and the money collected is enough. Avoid ... the latest 1-star comments are all true and there are many, many better pharmacies.

I'm positive, I have to swab and being an out-of-office student, I don't have a printer available. I called the pharmacy to find out if I could send the free tampon documentation downloaded from the Piedmont region and the identity card by email, I was told that it is not possible (in 2022?!? Is an email not accepted?!?). I was also told to go to a copy shop to print: but I can't go, I'm positive! My green pass is canceled. If I went to a copy shop and a policeman came in and asked me for the green pass, I get a fine of between 400 and 1000 euros. If you pay for it, I will gladly go there
