★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in months. Food took forever. We had to remind them twice. One Pasta for the kids was totally forgotten. Even the Water took 45 minutes... food was OK though! Prices are too high, but as the only service restaurant in the mall that's normal. Due to the traffic in the mall they have their business. Try to avoid it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters are not very interested in serving their customers at all, barely said hello when we arrived. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty it took 15 minutes before they took our order. One pizza, two carbonaras and a gnocchi was what we ordered. The food was served without a word and more or less just dropped at the table. The gnocchi wasn’t served with the other meals and took another five minutes. When it arrived (without an apology) it was over cooked and barley eatable. My glass of white wine was served by hand, not on a tray, in a dirty glass.
When we left we didn’t get a thank you and good buy which is one of the bases how you treat a customer.
We are not picky or rude and the only thing we regret is not leaving when the staff so clearly marked they weren’t interested in serving us.
