★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavorazione artigianale tutta al femminile gestita con cura e passione. Ricette tradizionali dove gli ingredienti sono di prima scelta e i prezzi onesti. Ottimo il crescione da riprovare la piadina con impasto di farina di farfo che mi sembra di entare troppo a biscotto.
 All-female craftsmanship managed with care and passion. Traditional recipes where the ingredients are of first choice and the prices are fair. The watercress is excellent to try again the piadina with farfo flour mixture that seems to me to enter too much like a biscuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro vicino alla piadineria e capita a volte di trovarmi costretto a ordinare la mia piada "Porchetta, scamorza e maionese" dal costo di 5 euro. È la Terza volta consecutiva che mi arriva un ordinazione sbagliata con i funghi (ai quali sono intollerante). Essendo che non ho tempo materiale per rimandarla indietro, è quindi l' ennesima volta che "digiuno" spendendo dei soldi. La piada, se fatta correttamente, è molto buona, ma l' attenzione è parecchio scarsa. Immagino non sia facile elaborare tante ordinazioni diverse, ma non mi sembra di chiedere la luna o una pietanza tanto complessa, chiedo solo di poter mangiare se ci spendo dei soldi.
I work near the piadineria and sometimes I find myself forced to order my piada "Porchetta, scamorza and mayonnaise" which costs 5 euros. It is the third consecutive time that I have received a wrong order with mushrooms (to which I am intolerant). Since I have no material time to send it back, it is therefore the umpteenth time that I "fast" by spending some money. The piada, if done correctly, is very good, but the attention is very poor. I guess it's not easy to process so many different orders, but I don't think I'm asking for the moon or such a complex dish, I only ask to be able to eat if I spend money on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire piadina buonissima, parecchio farcita con prodotti ottimi e di qualità. Ambiente molto carino, anche i 3 tavolini al sole top. Prezzi molto contenuti, davvero onesti e personale sia qualificato che gentilissimo
Lo consiglio a tutti e devo dire che la piada lì è parecchio più buona della piadineria dentro al centro commerciale.
Ci tornerò sicuramente presto ?
I must say very good piadina, a lot stuffed with excellent quality products. Very nice environment, even the 3 tables in the sun top. Very low prices, really honest and both qualified and very kind staff
I recommend it to everyone and I must say that the piada there is much better than the piadineria inside the shopping center.
I will definitely be back soon ?
