Ho aspettato un pezzo da 60cm di alzatina per 9 mesi tra disguidi vari e quando finalmente vado a ritirarla mi trovo 4metri di alzatina. Ma nessuno ha ovviamente avvisato che era arrivato in negozio un pezzo di alzatina spropositato da portare via in macchina. Mi dispiace ma io per la noncuranza verso il cliente non comprerò più nulla. Edit: Aggiungo risposta al proprietario che mi chiede intestazione contratto. Il nome nell'ordine era Cavallera e di mail a nome mio in un anno ne avete ricevute almeno 3. Saluti Beautiful kitchen. Perfect assembly. Very bad after-sales service. I waited for a 60cm piece of backsplash for 9 months between various misunderstandings and when I finally go to pick it up I find myself 4 meters high. But no one has obviously warned that a piece of disproportionate splashback to take away in the car arrived in the shop. I am sorry but for the carelessness towards the customer I will not buy anything. Edit: I add an answer to the owner who asks me for a contract header. Non vedo l'ora che avvenga la consegna! Fin'ora è stata un'ottima esperienza, confido che continuerà in tal modo. I bought a modular kitchen accompanied by the competence and reliability of Stefano B, with whom we found the best possible arrangement to meet my needs. I can't wait for the delivery to happen! It has been a great experience so far, I trust it will continue that way.

Di tipologia moderni, accattivanti, alti da terra, c'era solo un modello. Costi elevati per la tipologia di materiale di rivestimento offerto ed il tipo di struttura scadente. Il gestore del negozio ha fatto una filippica lunga 1 ora per dirci quanto eravamo fortunati ad essere capitati li quel giorno, bla bla bla bla, alla fine aveva fatto lo stesso prezzo di un altro storie che non era in fase di offerta. Quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare si è contratto ed ha cominciato a darci una serie di scusanti. Lasciate stare Dondi se volete qualità. Normal shop with limited exhibition area. Attendants in the norm (therefore slow). The sofas are of medium to low quality. Modern, captivating, high off the ground, there was only one model. High costs for the type of coating material offered and the type of poor structure. The store manager made a 1 hour long tirade to tell us how lucky we were to be there that day, blah blah blah blah, he ended up making the same price as another story that wasn't in the bidding phase. When we pointed this out to him, he contracted and started giving us a series of excuses. Forget Dondi if you want quality.

Non a buonissimo mercato anche durante gli sconti, sicuramente prodotti di qualità ma non ho trovato molta scelta Clean and well maintained shop. Not very cheap even during the discounts, certainly quality products but I didn't find much choice
