Cercano sempre di aiutare e guardare insieme cosa sia meglio per il tuo cane, gatto, criceto, coniglio ecc...ecc... Ma senza mai imporsi facendo sentire stupido, in definitiva vi dico che se volete trovare gentilezza, professionalità e convenienza potete andare tranquillamente a l'Arca di Noè

Offre un buon assortimento di prodotti per cani e gatti e qualcosa per altri piccoli animali tipo uccellini e roditori. Il personale è molto attento, disponibile e soprattutto preparato per ogni tipo di consiglio. I prezzi direi che sono nella media.
Fairly large venue located right in front of the Castelguelfo outlet along with many other activities. It offers a good assortment of products for dogs and cats and something for other small animals such as birds and rodents. The staff is very attentive, helpful and above all prepared for any kind of advice. The prices I would say are average.

Su consiglio della commessa ho ordinato un articolo che per 2 volte non ho trovato in negozio, nessuna telefonata per 2 settimane. Oggi però l'articolo era sullo scaffale, fatta presente la cosa una commessa (non la ragazza che mi stava servendo) mi ha risposto in maniera maleducata. Peccato! A parità di prezzi sono sempre andata lì per la professionalità e la gentilezza delle commesse...
