★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza, i mobili sono davvero di qualità e design ma soprattutto ringrazio la pazienza e professionalità del personale. L’ arredatrice ha saputo mettere ordine alle mie idee consigliandomi una soluzione davvero carina. Era da tanta che volevo visitare il nuovo punto vendita e nonostante non abbia ancora acquistato credo che meriti l’arredo della mia cucina .
 Excellent experience, the furniture is really of quality and design but above all I thank the patience and professionalism of the staff. The interior designer was able to put my ideas in order by recommending a really nice solution. It has been a long time since I wanted to visit the new store and despite not having purchased it yet, I believe it deserves the decor of my kitchen.

Venditrice e titolare non si sono volute prendere responsabilità sul progetto della cucina palesemente sbagliato non venendoci incontro per risolvere al meglio la problematica. Persi tempo e soprattutto denaro e dispiacere per essere stati trattati molto male. Non si ripeterà più.
Bad experience. Very poor service from the seller. Seller and owner did not want to take responsibility for the obviously wrong kitchen project by not coming to meet us to solve the problem in the best possible way. I lost time and above all money and sorrow for being treated very badly. It will never happen again.

Siamo entrati e dall'espressione e dal tono della signora all'ingresso, abbiamo immediatamente capito di non essere graditi. Arroganza e saccenza hanno fatto in modo che non si creasse un clima disteso. La signora voleva sbatterci fuori il prima possibile e in maniera brusca ci ha dato 2 informazioni striminzite che manco gli arredatori di un discount di basso livello darebbero. Si può dire che eravamo clienti di questo posto perché avevamo già acquistato da loro un paio di anni fa ed eravamo rimasti soddisfatti del signore che ci aveva seguiti con professionalità ma credo che grazie all'esperienza imbarazzante di oggi non torneremo mai più. Acquistare l'arredamento per la propria casa, significa dare fiducia ed aprire le porte all'azienda con cui si desidera avere a che fare: cari signori, spesso non è il prezzo a far pendere l'ago della bilancia ma il SERVIZIO.
Treated like two poor people ...
We entered and from the expression and tone of the lady at the entrance, we immediately understood that we were not welcome. Arrogance and saccenza made sure that a relaxed atmosphere was not created. The lady wanted to kick us out as soon as possible and abruptly gave us 2 skimpy information that not even the decorators of a low-level discount would give. It can be said that we were customers of this place because we had already bought from them a couple of years ago and we were satisfied with the gentleman who followed us with professionalism but I think that thanks to today's embarrassing experience we will never return. Buying furniture for your home means trusting and opening the doors to the company you want to deal with: dear sirs, it is often not the price that tip the scales but the SERVICE.

Ho trovato persone cortesi, competenti e professionali sia al primo appuntamento in negozio che a casa durante il montaggio dei mobili.
Qualità che al giorno d’oggi non sono poi così scontate!!!

I went to Mobili Baldazzi for advice on home furnishings, in particular the kitchen and bedroom. They offered me different solutions of materials and colors and now, when the work is finished, I am really satisfied.
I found courteous, competent and professional people both on the first appointment in the shop and at home during the assembly of the furniture.
Quality that nowadays are not so obvious !!!

Siamo stati seguiti con attenzione, cortesia e consigliati con estrema professionalità e lodevole pazienza. Il risultato, anche grazie ai preziosi suggerimenti sui colori da scegliere, è stato eccellente e sono estremamente contenta. Non posso che consigliare la ditta, connotandosi per serietà e professionalità, dalla fase della progettazione a quella del montaggio e dell'eventuale successiva assistenza.
I made a purchase from Baldazzi Mobili, including a bookcase, a TV cabinet, wall units, two bedside tables and other furnishing accessories. We were followed with attention, courtesy and advised with extreme professionalism and commendable patience. The result, also thanks to the precious suggestions on the colors to choose, was excellent and I am extremely happy. I can only recommend the company, distinguishing itself for seriousness and professionalism, from the design phase to that of assembly and any subsequent assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegato piuttosto saccente e provava a convincerci a impostare i mobili secondo i suoi gusti, denigrando le nostre scelte. Ci ha detto il prezzo complessivo ma non ci ha lasciato nessun tipo di preventivo (che tra l'altro rispetto ai successivi 3 preventivi fatti aveva un rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo) dicendo "ah io non vi lascio niente".
Rather pedantic employee and tried to convince us to set the furniture according to his tastes, denigrating our choices. He told us the total price but did not leave us any type of estimate (which among other things, compared to the following 3 estimates made, had a very bad quality / price ratio) saying "ah I'm not leaving you anything".
