★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una vergogna negare il post vendita ad un cliente, negare un cambio articolo significa perdere un cliente!! Anche i negozi cinesi fanno i cambi!
Per soli € 20,00 dopo aver ricevuto un regalo a doppio mi è stato negato il cambio merce dicendomi non cambiano merce dell’anno scorso? Ma da Natale ai primi dell’anno non è passata una vita, ma pochissimo tempo! A vendere siamo tutti bravi e a sorridere al cliente quando si incassa, ma la differenza di un’azienda seria lo fa il post vendita, venendo incontro all’esigenze del cliente! Un commerciante scaltro non scontenta mai i suoi clienti ma crea un rapporto di continuità e fiducia, asseconda fin dove è possibile, non credo di avere chiesto una follia, volendo subito cambiare un regalo ricevuto a doppio mai usato e con etichetta perfettamente integro !
Le aziende serie non si comportano così! Vorrà dire che la tuta moto questa estate la prenderò altrove e miei soldi li spenderò altrove!! Pessimi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre piacevole una passeggiata Nell' outlet, i prezzi non so se sono proprio convenienti dato che ho trovato un piumino che aveva lo stesso prezzo in saldo in un altro negozio.
