★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buono è dire poco, il posto è il paese dei balocchi e del cioccolato, dove qualsiasi cosa è una gioia per gli occhi. Io e la mia ragazza siamo andati per prendere una cioccolata calda e devo dire che abbiamo fatto un ottima scelta. La possibilità di potersi creare una cesta di natale è molto bella. Unica pecca è la mancanza dei tavolini fuori per potersi gustare tranquillamente la propria bevanda. Consigliato in periodo natalizio per godersi i gusti dell'autunno e dell'inverno.
 Good is to say the least, the place is the land of toys and chocolate, where anything is a joy for the eyes. My girlfriend and I went for hot chocolate and I have to say we made a great choice. The possibility of being able to create a Christmas basket is very nice. The only flaw is the lack of tables outside to be able to safely enjoy your drink. Recommended at Christmas time to enjoy the flavors of autumn and winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful store in downtown Bologna with the nicest selection of chocolates BUT with an extremely rude woman with short hair and glasses that absolutely ruined my experience at Lindt. The brand Lindt to me has always been related to excellence. How can they have such a terrible personnel! I believe that even her colleagues where shocked. That was my experience today, March 19, 2018 at that store.
