Concordando con le recensioni dei Sig.ri Emilio e Dario, debbo tuttavia lamentare la scarsa attenzione al cliente. Sabato mattina scorso, 21 novembre, infatti, dopo 30 minuti circa di coda fuori al freddo, giustamente, causa Covid, sono stato 'liquidato' in 3 minuti d'orologio perché necessitavo "solo" di una niples in ottone: invero, avendone io prospettato una misura rivelatasi sbagliata e chiesti maggiori chiarimenti/informazioni per una soluzione diversa, venivo scaricato su due piedi con uno stizzito "non mi faccia perdere tempo". Ripeto, il tutto in tre minuti veri. Più che sentirmi offeso mi sono letteralmente amareggiato, anche perché trattato in modo così sgorbutico e sprezzante da persona grande, della mia generazione. Ho quasi 71 anni e sono cliente da tempo del negozio, anche se saltuario. Però, debbo aggiungere, la volta precedente, in cui mi ero recato in questo esercizio, mi è stato offerto anche il caffè, evidentemente perché vi ho lasciato alcune migliaia di euro per il rifacimento di due bagni; ora invece si trattava solo di pochi spiccioli!. E non ho risolto il mio problema. Ma non può funzionare in questo modo; non si comprende che adesso gli esercizi di vicinato e quelli di 'nicchia' debbono adoperarsi ed essere sostenuti per la sopravvivenza della qualità e soprattutto il recupero di quel rapporto umano e di fiducia 'personali' rispetto al cliente, spariti nella grande distribuzione. However, I must add, the previous time, when I went to this shop, I was also offered coffee, evidently because I left you a few thousand euros for the renovation of two bathrooms; now it was only a few coins! And I haven't solved my problem. But it can't work that way; it is not understood that now the neighborhood and 'niche' businesses must work and be supported for the survival of quality and above all the recovery of that human relationship and 'personal' trust with respect to the customer, which have disappeared in large retailers.
