Calling it a gym is an understatement. It is a real dojo for martial arts! The inclusive approach of the various disciplines is very interesting.

Mia figlia di nove anni la frequenta dall'etá di 4 anni ed ha imparato il rispetto delle regole, la competizione,la disciplina e sta avendo un ottimo sviluppo psico-motorio grazie ai tecnici federali CSEN. La consiglio.
It is a true sports association and not the classic super cool sports center. It is a school with a family atmosphere. My nine year old daughter has been attending her since the age of 4 and has learned the respect of the rules, the competition, the discipline and is having an excellent psycho-motor development thanks to the CSEN federal technicians. I recommend it.
