Non ho avuto modo di conoscere i professionisti della sezione archittettura-ristrutturazioni, ma non v'è dubbio che potersi avvalere contemporaneamente di ambedue i profili è una notevole comodità.
From the first contact we perceive a lot of professionalism and passion in the real estate agency section. Nothing seems left to chance and we followed closely. Lo studio è guidato dall’architetto Battisti che si avvale di esperti e disponibili collaboratori che giornalmente dirigono al meglio i lavori di costruzione e ristrutturazione stando in modo costante sui luoghi di lavoro.
È una guida esperta che si avverte dall’inizio alla fine delle lavorazioni con il coronamento di constatare che i progetti ideati e proposti su carta rispecchiano poi il risultato finale fedelmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto modo di approfondire le loro competenze tecniche, essendosi rifiutati, ricontattandomi 10 minuti dopo aver fissato un appuntamento e paventando di essere "sotto organico" , di fare una valutazione economica (chiaramente retribuita) della casa che vorrei acquistare.
Visto il trattamento ricevuto, ed essendosi autodichiarati "sotto organico" sicuramente non mi affideró a loro per la ristrutturazione di quell'appartamento.
Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to deepen their technical skills, having refused, contacting me 10 minutes after making an appointment and fearing to be "understaffed", to make an economic evaluation (clearly paid) of the house I would like to buy.
Given the treatment received, and having declared themselves "understaffed", I will certainly not rely on them for the renovation of that apartment.
