Siamo rimasti subito soddisfatti perché sin dal primo momento abbiamo riscontrato professionalità competenza disponibilità e tanta pazienza che non avevamo ricevuto con la precedente Agenzia immobiliare . Anche lo staff tutto è veramente gentile cordiale e preparato. Ora proseguiremo il nostro rapporto per l'acquisto di un appartamento per nostra figlia. Even the whole staff is really friendly, friendly and knowledgeable. Now we will continue our relationship for the purchase of an apartment for our daughter. S	Simona Trenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato casa tramite la romana servizi immobiliari dopo aver fatto la prima visita con Mirko, poi seguito da tutto lo staff che è stato gentile a seguirci nelle nostre 5 visite successive! e fino al rogito seguendoci in tutto l’iter compreso banca notaio architetto ; è stata l’unica agenzia che per prima ci ha illustrato la possibilità di usufruire del credito di imposta sul ri-acqusito prima casa (avevamo fatto già altre proposte in altre agenzia ma mai nessuno ce lo aveva detto e questo ci ha beneficiato per circa 5milaeuro!). consigliamo la romana servizi immobiliari per la loro professionalità, quello che ti dicono è ! We bought a house through the Roman real estate services after making the first visit with Mirko, then followed by all the staff who were kind to follow us on our next 5 visits! and up to the deed following us throughout the process including bank notary architect; was the only agency that first showed us the possibility of taking advantage of the tax credit on the re-purchase of the first house (we had already made other proposals in other agencies but nobody had ever told us and this has benefited us for about 5 thousand euros !). we recommend the roman real estate services for their professionalism, what they tell you is!

R	Renato Porpiglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È dal 2018 che cercavo di vendere il mio appartamento a Roma70 , ho affidato il mandato per 6 mesi ad un noto franchising di zona ma i “ragazzi si sono dimostrati veramente incompetenti ; poi ho dato mandato ad un’altra agenzia per altri 6 mesi poi prorogato senza che fossero riusciti a sottopormi una proposta ; stanca ed anche un po’ delusa ho chiesto ad amici se conoscevano una agenzia immobiliare che trattasse la vendita di immobili con affrancazione ed un vicino di casa mi ha segnalato la Realista.it presso il centro commerciale i granai. Effettivamente è un team molto preparato (sono oltre 30 anni che svolgono l’attività) e da subito mi hanno fatto presenta alcuni argomenti a me sconosciuti e che nessuno mi aveva mai detto prima in relazione alla procedura di affrancazione. In tre mesi mi hanno sottoposto 4 offerte di acquisto fino a che ho accettato al prezzo da me desiderato. Veramente bravi professionali e disponibili.

S	Serena Libatore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con due agenzie di zona eur per la vendita della mia casa in viale europa in quanto hanno messo in vendita l’immobile senza i dovuti controlli preventivi ; un po’ sfiduciata nei confronti delle agenzie immobiliari ho incontrato al centro commerciale i granai il titolare della Realista.it che da subito mi ha fatto una ottima impressione. Ha controllato tutta la documentazione capito subito quale era il problema (avevo una parete all'ingresso che non risultava sulla planimetria catastale che inficiava sui rapporti aeroilluminanti, insomma un problema che per un profano è impossibile da conoscere) mi ha assistito con tutto il suo staff (Renata, Valeria, Caludio, Andrea, Daniele, Giacomo) con gentilezza e con estrema professionalità ed in 4 mesi ho venduto casa al prezzo che mi avevano periziato. Affidatevi sono professionali!!!
