★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabiani gioiellerie è una catena di gioiellerie solitamente abbinata nei centri commerciali o comunque in prossimità dei supermercati coop, come in questo caso. Vendono orologi di marche come Tag Heuer, Tissot, Calvin Klein; anelli e bijoux di vari prezzi, da poche decine di euro fino a gioielli che arrivano anche a 10.000€;
Personalmente fra i commessi non ho trovato moltissima professionalità però devo dire che si impegnano nelle loro possibilità per consigliare il cliente ma bisogna considerare che la clientela tipica è associata a persone che devono fare la spesa e quindi non parliamo di una gioielleria rinomata e in luoghi prestigiosi come quelle di Ponte Vecchio, per esempio.

Fabiani jewelers is a chain of jewelers usually combined in shopping centers or in any case near coop supermarkets, as in this case. They sell watches from brands such as Tag Heuer, Tissot, Calvin Klein; rings and bijoux of various prices, from a few tens of euros up to jewels that even reach 10,000 €;
Personally, among the shop assistants I have not found a great deal of professionalism but I must say that they are committed to their possibilities to advise the customer but we must consider that the typical clientele is associated with people who have to do the shopping and therefore we are not talking about a renowned jewelry and in prestigious places like those of Ponte Vecchio, for example.

In un'altra gioielleria avevano storto il naso per la mia disponibilità di denaro da studente e invece qui hanno cercato una cosa che fosse quello che volevo con il mio budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un orologio e purtroppo il cinturino mi stava troppo largo e dopo pochi giorni sarei dovuto partire per l'estero. Il commesso Manuel supergentilissimo mi ha risolto il problema andando la mattina seguente a prendere lo stesso orologio con un cinturino piú stretto in un altro loro punto vendita! E mi ha anche chiamato per avvisarmi! Bravissimo e molto professionale!!!
I bought a watch and unfortunately the strap was too loose and after a few days I would have to leave for abroad. Super-kind salesman Manuel solved my problem by going the next morning to pick up the same watch with a narrower strap in another of their stores! And he even called me to warn me! Very good and very professional !!!
