Ho chiamato questa attività perché avevo bisogno di lucidare e valutare di fondere il solitario molto bello con un discreto diamante, apparteneva a mia madre che purtroppo non c'è più e lo vorrei regalare alla mia fidanzata facendola la fatidica proposta. Potete capire il valore affettivo e non solo di quell'anello e tutta l'ansia di affidarlo alla giusta persona. Al telefono il proprietario molto carino e disponibile riguardo a varie soluzioni quindi fissiamo al negozio per incontrarci e mostrare l'anello. Una volta giunto noto che lui è impegnato con un'altra coppia di clienti quindi pazienza mi riceve la sua collega. Le ho raccontato la storia di quel gioiello e l'idea che avevo, le ho chiesto una stima del valore pecuniario e non mi ha saputo rispondere così su due piedi (giustamente) e che portandolo in laboratorio il venerdì di quella settimana mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Le lascio l'anello e non mi rilascia nessuna ricevuta... va beh. Torno da lei la settimana dopo mi consegna l'anello in una busta di carta, le ho richiesto la valutazione e mi ha detto che non l'ha fatta fare, ma secondo lei un "millino" con una superficialità disarmante. Me ne andai veramente deluso. Spero possa essere una recensione costruttiva, molta gente si affida a queste figure professionali in momenti molto importanti della loro vita e meritano la giusta dedizione.
