Macchina consegnata sabato sera (agenzia chiusa) visionata da loro lunedì mattina, probabilmente qualcuno gli ha fatto un segno durante la domenica ma il danno è stato attribuito a me.
Bad experience, I have been attributed a damage NOT committed.
Car delivered on Saturday evening (agency closed) viewed by them on Monday morning, probably someone gave him a sign on Sunday but the damage was attributed to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked really fast, no fuss, the agent didn't try to convince me to pay for any extras I didn't want, waited patiently as I inspected the car, excellent service. Picked it up 47 minutes late, no problem whatsoever, paid for a gasoline Renault Clio, got a diesel instead, which was way better for me. 13000KM, great condition. Picked it up here at the train station, returned it at Pescara Airport, had no problems there whatsoever.
