★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente mi sono recata spesso in questa libreria e devo dire che il personale è davvero gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Inoltre sono sempre disponibili a fare ordini di libri che, puntualmente, vengono reperiti.
 I have been going to this bookshop a lot lately and I must say that the staff are really kind, nice and helpful. They are also always available to place orders for books which are found on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse di questa libreria sono veramente scortesi!!! Un giorno mi recai alla Mondadori per comprare diversi articoli, all'entrata non mi accolse nessuno, le commesse erano troppo occupate a chiacchierare tra di loro per accorgersi del cliente all'entrata. Fatto sta che al momento del pagamento dovetti aspettare fin troppo dato che le signorinelle dovevano terminare la loro conversione. Non ritornerò più in questo negozio!!!
The salespersons of this bookstore are really rude !!! One day I went to Mondadori to buy various items, no one welcomed me at the entrance, the shop assistants were too busy chatting to each other to notice the customer at the entrance. The fact is that at the time of payment I had to wait too long since the young ladies had to finish their conversion. I will not return to this shop again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo soltanto questo: avrei potuto farmi arrivare il mio acquisto online con consegna in negozio in un altro punto vendita a 5 km da casa mia, scelgo questo che dista 17 km perché conosco le persone che ci lavorano e mi fido ciecamente. Gentili e professionali, pazienza infinita, simpatiche dolci e super carine con i miei figli. Consigliatissima.
I only write this: I could have sent my online purchase with delivery to the store in another store 5 km from my home, I choose this one which is 17 km away because I know the people who work there and I trust blindly. Kind and professional, infinite patience, nice sweet and super cute with my children. Highly recommended.
