Unreliable means. I rented a mini van and after 2 hours parked the battery ran out. The owner's response is that they had no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicola was very friendly and helpful. We were able to rent a car for a very reasonable price and it saved our vacation. We were picked up and brought to the airport in the early sunday morning at no extra costs. They didn't have to do this. But they did. That's service!
