Ci siamo chiariti, si è scusato con me come mi sono scusato anch’io, lui è stato molto professionale. Sono molto contento del fatto che abbia chiamato, questa telefonata mi fa capire che lui veramente ci tiene ad i suoi clienti e reputazione. ho fatto una promessa ad Alberto e la manterrò appena torno in Italia verrò ad affittare la macchina subito e solo da lui!! Potevano bastare 150 euro per mancato riempimento del serbatoio ?? (per il rabbocco fino al pieno ho speso 52 euro). E a distanza di 2 gg dalla riconsegna, ho ancora il blocco di 600 euro sulla carta di credito. Penso che sia penalizzante per un cliente che ha deciso di pagare una Kasco per non avere problemi.
