Soldi ben spesi e ladri a mani vuote , praticamente nel nostro pianerottolo hanno rotto e sono entrati in due appartamenti con porte blindate sconosciute , ma con la nostra Custos Si SONO DOVUTI ARRENDERE !! SOLDI BEN INVESTITI GRAZIE DI ESISTERE MARSILI DOPO STASERA CLIENTE A VITA !!!!! This evening after about 15 years we have assembled a Custos we have seen The Security of Volvo's armored doors! Non consiglio, chiamati dopo 8 mesi dall'installazione per un problema, mi hanno risposto: "visto della cattiva recensione, si arrangi", mi chiedo come facciano a rimanere aperti, non consiglio Company without professionalism, armored doors with bad workmanship and little attention to detail, not very serious staff. Conosco però le loro porte blindate per esperienza indiretta e posso dire che forse sono le migliori d'Italia. For now I have only tested customer service and it has proved to be very efficient. Ho una loro porta a casa e per un semplice intervento di riparazione di una maniglia sono in attesa da oltre 20 giorni. Ho anche fatto presente che c'è una situazione con un bambino di 4 mesi, ma la cosa non ha fatto la differenza. Per fortuna nel frattempo ci siamo trasferiti altrimenti rischiavamo di rimanere chiusi in casa. Tornando alla problematica, dopo ripetuti solleciti (siamo al terzo), dicono che avviseranno il titolare per la risoluzione. Il "tecnico" a quanto pare è irragiungibile, la persona che risponde al telefono, a onor del vero molto gentile, non riesce a sollecitare in nessun modo la richiesta. Mi domando dove sia la difficoltà di parlare con un collaboratore e prendere un appuntamento in tempi ragionevoli. Staff that at the moment is proving to be inefficient. C	Chiara Bernardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto fare ben 4 porte a Marsili ed è stata una follia....Professionalità sotto zero, a cominciare dal fatto che il giorno che sono venuti a montarle hanno chiesto aiuto a noi perché era un ragazzo da solo e non riusciva a movimentarle. Una porta non chiude bene su tutti e 4 i lati ed entra in casa un gran freddo, un'altra si blocca e non si riesce ad aprirla, un'altra ancora non ha il paraspifferi sotto e mi entrano animali tipo scarafaggi in casa oltre che freddo. Stiamo implorando assistenza da Marsili da 2 anni ma dopo che le hanno montate e che hanno incassato non si sono più visti. La sicurezza è uguale a tante altre porte, ma le fanno pagare molto di più. Non fatelo non compratele, vi lasceranno con i vostri problemi senza nessuna assistenza. Io e mio marito siamo disperati e abbiamo deciso di sostituirle tutte e 4, anche se questo ci costerà parecchio ma non c è altra suzione, questi non si fanno vedere da 2 anni nonostante le nostre continue implorazioni. My husband and I are desperate and we have decided to replace all 4, even if this will cost us a lot but there is no other sucking, these have not been seen for 2 years despite our constant begging.
