Oltre ad aver trovato l' auto in condizioni igieniche pietose (non avevano auto pulite della categorie scelta), in serata sono stata fermata dai carabinieri: l' auto non aveva il cedolino con l'assicurazione. Fortunatamente i cc sono stati clementi, ed ho evitato la sanzione. Contatto il numero di assistenza, a pagamento, e non mi risolvono il problema. Dovrei recarmi nella stazione di noleggio ( in un ' altra regione) o contattarla telefonicamente....sono le 22 e la stazione é chiusa. Tutto questo é grande VERGOGNA! La suddetta azienda ha perso un cliente. I took the car for work from the avis pescara agency (STATION). In addition to having found the car in pitiful hygienic conditions (they didn't have clean cars of the chosen category), in the evening I was stopped by the carabinieri: the car had no insurance slip. Fortunately, the cc were lenient, and I avoided the penalty. I contact the support number, for a fee, and they don't solve the problem. I should go to the rental station (in another region) or contact her by phone .... it's 10 pm and the station is closed. All this is great SHAME! The aforementioned company has lost a customer.
M	Massimo Moranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo in ottima posizione,in quanto si trova all'esterno della stazione ferroviaria,vicinissimo al centro città e al mare.Puoi raggiungere i tuoi luoghi e al rientro,quando l'ufficio è chiuso puoi lasciare comodamente le chiavi dell'autovettura in una apposita cassetta. Ottima e comoda l'auto noleggiata. Complimenti. Location in an excellent position, as it is located outside the train station, very close to the city center and the sea.You can reach your places and return, when the office is closed you can conveniently leave the car keys in a special cassette. The rented car is excellent and comfortable. Compliments.

Il personale è stato efficientissimo e cortese nel trovarmi comunque la migliore soluzione… e sanitizzando l’auto in tempi record! Arrived for travel and I work and my reservation was not there. The staff was very efficient and courteous in finding the best solution for me ... and sanitizing the car in record time!
M	Massimiliano Parlione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto noleggiata da mia moglie (con me presente come passeggero) a Ciampino aeroporto con un pieno non completo e riconsegnata a Pescara con lo stesso livello. Il nostro errore è di aver considerato il livello del carburante accettabile al momento del noleggio come per altre compagnie. Obiezione da parte del personale Avis di Pescara per il pieno non completp, auto portata a fare il pieno completo presso un distributore vicino (costo 3.50 Euro). Nonostante questo disguido, il carburante per l'intero pieno è stato comunque addebitato nella fattura (75 Euro) e ho dovuto chiamare l'ufficio di Pescara per avere una nota di credito. Ora sono in attesa del rimborso. Inoltre la pratica di non emendare il contratto di noleggio se si rilevano danni successivamente alla consegna del veicolo ma di annotarli su un modulo timbrato da restituire alla consegna del veicolo può dare problemi in caso di smarrimento. A mia opinione l'esperienza di noleggio con Avis è stata mediocre. Aggiornamento del 15 Luglio: rimborso ricevuto. Car rented by my wife (with me present as a passenger) at Ciampino airport with an incomplete full tank and returned to Pescara with the same level. Our mistake is to have considered the fuel level as acceptable at the time of rental as for other companies. Objection from the Avis staff of Pescara for the non-full tank, car brought to full tank at a nearby petrol station (cost 3.50 Euros). Despite this inconvenience, the full fuel was still charged on the invoice (75 Euros) and I had to call the Pescara office to get a credit note. I am now awaiting the refund. Quest'anno, dopo essere venuto all'inaugurazione e aver tentato uno scambio, il venditore non ha fatto nulla per trovarmi una soluzione di noleggio e non mi sta ascoltando. Quindi rinuncio a raggiungere la mia famiglia da Atessa. Grazie avviso. This year, after coming to the grand opening and attempting an exchange, the seller has done nothing to find me a rental solution and is not listening to me. Lack of respect to customers , lack of professionalism, lack of accuracy, lack of clear documentation and and After I gave back the car for another 2 months I had to deal with customer service for a crazy charge on my credit card for no reason until they refund me the money. People in office were extremely unhelpful and did their best to avoid. Still don’t understand why even though Avis try to place itself in rather premium segment but in really it’s not about the car u rent. It’s about the experience u give to your client AVIS...
