lady who looked after us I think) looked after us & upgraded us to
a better higher spec car as they had run out of the type of car I
had booked. On return, we completed the formalities quickly & I
was on my way. Excellent Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one was in the airport to greet us when we landed ?? spent 1.5 hrs trying to find a rep. Then spent 2x the value of the rental for a taxi. Day after I go to our local dealer, who charged us for airport drop off ??????? NEVER AGAIN

We had simple fiat panda for 5 days, everything was okay while we pick it up and as we were giving it back.
I recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura deserves a raise! She was exceptional! I’ve never had such a good experience renting a car. I usually dread it since the desk agents tend to be curt and mean. Laura was so kind and amazingly helpful! She explained everything to us and went above and beyond to answer our questions. She even showed us how everything in the car worked and helped us put the rear seats down so we could fit our bags. I appreciated her clear English since my Italian is limited. Thanks Laura for being amazing! I really do hope you get a raise.
