★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to call the agency few days ago for renting a car in Como, because I wanted to clarify few point of the process. Bad experience. I was speaking with a receptionist, really unprofessional and disrespectful, in the way she spoke. Everything was fully booked as she said ( even if online I could make a reservation ) and instead help me she really seems in rush to cut the phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working here when we came on Sep 6th was awful. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Was annoyed the entire time. Was visibly frustrated when I asked some questions about the rental agreement. I am giving an extra star because the car worked well and it was a great price but the initial feeling from the person at the desk stays with you, you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived to pick up my car yesterday, I was suddenly told I did not meet the minimum age requirement to pick up the reserved car, even though I had correctly filled out my details when I booked ahead. It took some back-and-forth, but the woman working the desk was very friendly and understanding. She made sure I was able to pick up my reservation so that I could continue my journey without a hiccup. I am very grateful for her help as I would have been in a difficult situation without it.
