Trattato come una persona che ha commesso un delitto, dopo aver richiesto preventivo finanziamento presso la filiale per chiudere quello che avevo in corso presso una finanziaria. Il preventivo della banca risultava €/mese 34 maggiore di quello prospettato dalla finanziaria...così che ho mantenuto attivo il finanziamento con la finanziaria. Mostrando successivamente il prospetto della finanziaria alla sorridente incaricata di assicurazioni varie e prestiti del banco BPM, mi hanno contattato il lunedì successivo dicendomi che mi avrebbero abbassato di € 1 la rata mensile rispetto alla finanziaria! Ormai avevo comunque accettato il venerdì precedente alla proposta della finanziaria e per SCUSARMI della scelta fatta avevo mandato 1 mail alle referente di BPM e alla collega che mai mi hanno risposto. In cambio ho ricevuto email del direttore illustrissimo che mi chiedeva di essere contattato telefonicamente. Ebbene quella telefonata fatta si è rivelata un rimprovero nei miei confronti per aver fatto "sbattere" gli esperti nel fine settimana lavorativo per abbassarmi la rata. E non abbastanza del rimprovero mi ricordo anche che al termine della telefonata il direttore mi aveva detto di passare di persona per fare anche quattro chiacchiere.... Bad experience.
