Preventivo per un cambio gomme di 40-50 €, a lavoro fatto il conto risulta essere di €60 adducendo al fatto (Comunicato solo a lavoro eseguito e non prima!!!) che le gomme non erano loro, e che anzi era colpa mia che non avevo detto al momento della telefonata di appuntamento che le gomme non erano state acquistate da loro, ma acquistate su internet a loro dire! (visto che erano già in nostro possesso e non acquistate su internet, semplicemente per il fatto che mi sono trasferito a Como da poco). Contesto il fatto che la variazione di prezzo doveva essere comunicata prima di effettuare il lavoro e non a lavoro eseguito!!! Mi è anche stato risposto: "capirà, sta protestando per 5 € in più a gomma! anzi Le abbiamo fatto anche risparmiare perché sa a noi quanto costa cambiare le gomme?!" (Boh!) Non so voi, a a me purtroppo i soldi non cadono dal cielo, e se ho un preventivo, non vedo perchè dovrei pagare di più. Visto il trasferimento cercavo un gommista Onesto su cui fare affidamento per comprare le prossime gomme e fare le sostituzioni, ma evidentemente non sono loro! Scorretti! Il tutto già fuori orario di lavoro.
