M	Michele Scelsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giugno 2017: Hyundai Tucson nuova con gomme estive da 19, usate 3 mesi e mezzo e lasciate in deposito da loro per mettere le invernali, comprate da loro. Quando vado a ottobre per rimettere le estive mi propongono di BUTTARE LE ESTIVE E COMPRARNE DI NUOVE poiché troppo usurate. DOPO TRE MESI E MEZZO DI UTILIZZO!!! Sono riuscito a farmele rimontare insistendo (infatti non era vero che erano consumate, la macchina ci ha fatto un'altra stagione piena, poi ritolte e rimesse e macchina venduta dopo due anni e mezzo avendo usato 1 treno di estive ed uno di invernali): ci avevano provato. Giugno 2021 BMW 320d presa a noleggio con ALD: SENZA DIRMI NULLA han buttato le gomme estive perché giudicate usurate. Ora mi trovo nella situazione di dover comprare di tasca mia un treno di gomme estive NUOVE apposta per ridare indietro la macchina tra un mese!! E le han buttate senza dirmi nulla proprio perché la macchina era di ALD ed han fatto tutto in automatico. Questa volta ci sono riusciti Questo VIZIETTO rovina l'esperienza e rovina anche tutto quello che fanno di buono (per puntualità e precisione meriterebero 5/5) E' un peccato ma questo è un comportamento SCORRETTO. Adesso il risultato è che io pagherò un treno di gomme buttato. Complimenti June 2017: New Hyundai Tucson with 19 summer tires, used 3 and a half months and left in storage by them to put the winter tires, bought from them. When I go in October to put back the summers, they propose to THROW THE SUMMER AND BUY NEW ones because they are too worn. AFTER THREE AND A HALF MONTHS OF USE !!! I managed to have them reassembled by insisting (in fact it was not true that they were worn out, the car made us another full season, then retooled and refitted and the car sold after two and a half years having used 1 train in summer and one in winter): they had tried. June 2021 BMW 320d hired with ALD: WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, they threw away their summer tires because they are considered worn. Now I find myself in the situation of having to buy a set of NEW summer tires out of my own pocket just to give the car back in a month !! And they threw them away without telling me anything precisely because the car belonged to ALD and they did everything automatically. This time they succeeded This VICE ruins the experience and also ruins everything good they do (for punctuality and accuracy they deserve 5/5) It is a pity but this is INCORRECT behavior. Now the result is that I will pay for a thrown set of tires. Congratulations
