★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non si può dare zero. Oggi la mia esperienza qui è stata molto negativa. Ho comprato due telefoni cellulari (iPhone e Samsung) totale 1200 Euro circa ,chiedo gentilmente di applicare la pellicola protettiva e scopro in cassa che il costo è di 40€ ogni telefono e assurdo. Allora una volta ci sono andata in un negozio di Cinesi e chiedendo questa gentilezza ( ovviamente pagando di meno)mi hanno applicato gratis,a questo punto mi chiedo uno si fida di Euronics qualità e prezzo, visto che spendo da voi almeno un occhio di riguardo. Capirei se mi chiedevano 10€ Euro ma 40€ veramente una cosa esagerata... Quindi cari clienti di Euronics state attenti alle MANI D'ORO un po' troppo costosi. Sconsigliato, valete meno di ZERO.

So once I went to a Chinese shop and asking for this kindness (obviously paying less) they applied me for free, at this point I ask myself one trusts Euronics quality and price, since I spend at least an eye on you . I would understand if they asked me € 10 but € 40 really an exaggeration ... So dear customers of Euronics beware of the GOLDEN HANDS a bit too expensive. Not recommended, you are worth less than ZERO.

Alla fine la ragazza molto scocciata mi ha dato una piccola bustina dove il regalo non entrava tipo quelle della farmacia e meno male che avevo speso 350 euro e che era un regalo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assolutamente sconsigliato personale maleducato sotto ogni aspetto direttore testimone di insolenza da parte del personale .regalo un telefono a mia figlia di 20 anni riporto il telefono il giorno dopo dicendo che non caricava correttamente lo provano si accorgono dello stesso problema di cui mi lamento ma mi chiedono di provare un altro giorno a casa perché difficile il reso ...torna mia figlia dopo 2 giorni da sola la mandano via dicendo che per caricarlo nonostante sia garantita carica veloce in un ora e mezza lei deve togliere internet bluetooth e disattivare applicazioni e se poi non va bene di portarlo da Maximo che c'è assistenza Xiaomi ma scherziamo per un telefono appena acquistato sono tornata 3 volte ...andiamo io e mio marito a forza di minaccie e ancora facendo battutine ci cambiano il telefono facendo davanti una serie di questo è il carica batterie nuovo mi lasci la custodia e ti tieni la vecchia non ho parole nemmeno per descrivere questo alla fine usciamo il negozio chiude e in macchina ci accorgiamo che si sono tenuti il nuovo caricabatterie come detto la nuova custodia e noi solo il telefonino...oggi torna mia figlia a chiedere il suo caribatteria e loro di nuovo in serie di battute dicono che ce l'hanno dato ..
pessimi in qualità ma soprattutto nella totale mancanza di rispetto del cliente sconsigliatissimo
