Come in ogni esercizio commerciale, dipende da chi trovi di fronte perché ci sono state occasioni in cui ho trovato personale molto gentile altre volte in cui erano più sgarbati o poco preparati. Gli addetti dei vari reparti sono bravi, ma alcuni di loro se non acquisti la garanzia sul prodotto ti mettono il muso e ti rispondono male durante il resto della permanenza. Servizio di consegna e montaggio/smontaggio degli elettrodomestici scadente. Dovevano venire a montare una lavastoviglie e non sono riusciti a smontare quella vecchia, lasciando la nuova in mezzo ed attribuendo la colpa a com'era montata la lavastoviglie. Aggiungo che mi è bastato svitare solo due viti per riuscire a toglierla, dopo che loro in 40 minuti non erano riusciti a farlo, convinti di aver svitato tutto ed aver fatto il possibile. Inutile dire che chissà quando verranno a montare la nuova, visto che il servizio clienti ha saputo dirmi che la colpa era nostra e non loro. Almeno avere la decenza di ammettere di non essere capaci, o di aver poca voglia di lavorare, piuttosto che inventare storie. Speravo che per un errore loro avrebbero fatto di tutto per risolvere velocemente il problema. Peccato. Dovrò aspettare che "si trovino nuovamente nei paraggi". Scontento. ? Pretty good shop. Tutto per il meglio, quando dopo meno di un mese dall acquisto del televisore inizia il mio calvario.. il tv non funzionava correttamente. Mi recai nel punto vendita per presentare il problema che stavo riscontrando. Mi viene detto di chiamare direttamente il supporto tecnico del televisore e spiegare loro il problema perche UNIEURO non se ne sarebbe occupato. Così faccio, il televisore in parte mi viene riparato. Ma un mese dopo di nuovo la stessa storia il tv non funzionava. E cosi andando avanti da un anno a questa parte.. varie discussioni per telefono con il call center.. . Richiedendo piu volte una sostituzione..ma del tv non volevano saperne nulla. Continuava ogni mese ad andare in assistenza! Un giorno stufa della situazione mi recai di nuovo in questo punto vendita. Dove incontrai PIERO del reparto elettronica.. spiegandole il problema che mi affliggeva da un anno. Non ha battuto ciglio e si è messo subito all'opera risolvendomi cosi il problema, è riuscito a farmi sostituire finalmente il tv malfunziomante! Se avete qualche problema rivolgetevi a lui. A lui devo un grazie IMMENSO!
